Yes! We offer brewery tours by appointment. Our taproom features brewery viewing windows so you can see the brewhouse from the taproom floor. For a full behind-the-scenes tour, please contact us to schedule. Tours are a great way to learn about the craft brewing process and the veterans behind the beer.

We offer beer snacks at the taproom. We’re also food-truck and outside-food friendly — you’re welcome to bring your own food or order delivery. We regularly host food trucks at the taproom, so check our social media for food truck schedules.

Yes! Families are welcome at Veterans United. We have a spacious taproom with board games, large-screen TVs, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Our beer garden is a great spot for families to relax. As with any brewery, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Absolutely — dogs are welcome in our outdoor beer garden! We love our four-legged customers. Please keep your pup on a leash and ensure they’re friendly with other dogs and people. Water bowls are available for our furry friends.

Yes! We offer wine (from Island Grove Winery), hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages. We have options for guests who prefer something other than beer. Our bar staff can always suggest something to suit your taste.

Our beers are primarily available at our taproom at 8999 Western Way Suite 104, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Select canned and packaged beers are also available at local retailers throughout the Jacksonville area. Check our taproom for the most current selection, or follow us on social media for retail announcements.

Our tap list rotates constantly! Check the live Current Tap List on our homepage, powered by Untappd, to see exactly what’s pouring right now. We typically have 15–21 beers on tap at any given time, including our core lineup plus seasonal and limited releases.

Yes! Our taproom has a private event space that’s perfect for corporate gatherings, birthday parties, military reunions, retirement celebrations, and more. Capacity varies depending on the setup. Please contact us to discuss your event needs, dates, and pricing.

Absolutely! The Veterans United Mug Club gives you 20oz pours for the price of a 16oz pint, happy hour discounts ($1 off all day Sunday & Tuesday, and 3–6 PM Wed–Fri), your own numbered mug at the taproom, 10% off merchandise, two free pours per year, and an invitation to our annual exclusive Mug Club Party.
